改編自本地青年作家寂然的短篇作品，導演鄭君熾今次嘗試以影像重塑作家筆下這個既可憐又咎由自取的主角，並期望為此角色注入另一種詮繹方式，故事結局更是可圈可點，引人深思。

性格安靜、低調的「他」過著沉悶刻板的生活，工作、家庭、愛情、理想等林林總總，他總是顯得蒼白無力，屢屢碰壁。他費盡心機去迎合身邊人的要求，然而在這個涼薄的菁英制社會，當一個普通人，又是否如想像般容易？

“Ele apenas se recorda do sabor da mostarda wasabi e de mais nada.”

A história deste vídeo foi adaptada a partir de uma pequena história de Silencemo, um jovem escritor local. O realizador retrata a vida de um infeliz protagonista cujos azares são da sua exclusiva responsabilidade. Ele era uma pessoa calma e recatada com uma vida rotineira e monótona. Parecia impotente, e ficava sempre desorientado quando lidava com o seu emprego, família, relações e sonhos, tentando tudo por tudo para agradar a todos. Contudo, na sociedade meritocrática em que vivemos, será assim tão fácil ser uma pessoa normal?

“What he remembers is the taste of the wasabi mustard, and nothing else.”

The plot of this video was adapted from a short novel by a local young writer, Silencemo. “Fault Me Not” depicts the life of a pitiful protagonist whose misfortune was, in fact, brought onto him by himself alone. He was a quiet and low-key person. His life was monotonous and caught in a routine. He seemed powerless, and always got baffled when handling his job, family, relationships and dreams. He tried his best to cater to everyone’s demands. But, under this meritocratic society we live in, is it really that easy to be an ordinary person?

Um homem está ansioso por se tornar numa mulher. Um dia, o seu sonho torna-se realidade, mas será que é isto que ele realmente quer? Será ele um homem? Será ele uma mulher? Será tudo fruto da imaginação do homem? Quem sabe?

A man is anxious to become a real woman. One day, his dream comes true, but is it what he really wants? Is he a man? Is he a woman? Is it just the man’s imagination? Who knows?

現今的社會充斥著太多是非黑白，很多時候連成年人都會無法分辨清楚，更何況小孩子？大人們在工作繁忙的藉口之下忽視孩子的成長，孩子們只好常常與電視為伴，透過電視接觸大量色情及暴力畫面的他們在這個小小世界裡無法分辨對錯真偽，成長歷程由此受到影響，從而產生更多的社會問題。透過一段段新聞鏡頭，反映出小孩子正受著現今社會不同的影響：究竟到最後，一個小孩子被變成一個怎樣的人？

A sociedade actual está cheia de contradições. Os adultos são incapazes de se relacionarem com as gerações mais novas. Sempre ocupados, eles neglicenciam o dever de tomarem conta dos seus filhos. Habitualmente, as crianças obtêm informação através da televisão. Infelizmente a pornografia, a violência e as discussões acesas também são transmitidas pela televisão, e as crianças ainda não estão preparadas para as compreenderem. Isto afecta seriamente o crescimento delas e contribui para mais problemas sociais. Esta curta metragem reflecte sobre a influência que os diferentes problemas sociais têm sobre as crianças e em que medida estas serão afectadas no futuro.

Society nowadays is full of contradictions. Adults are unable to connect with the younger generation. They are busy most of the time, and neglect their duty of looking after their children. Usually, children get information from television. Unfortunately, pornography, violence and quarrels are shown on TV as well, and children are not yet prepared to make a judgment out of it. This is seriously affecting their growth and adding to more social problems. This short film reflects on how different problems in society can influence a child, and how that child will be affected in the future.

「他」是一個無業青年，不是「他」不想找工作，只是每次面試都遲到誤事。縱使兒子如此荒廢地生活，疼愛兒子的媽媽還是每天為「他」準備好早餐，還留下一些零用錢給他。今天他又要準備去見工面試。一大清早，一向有如行屍走肉的「他」一如以往的賴在床上，好不容易起了床，「他」吃過早餐，梳洗一番後準備出發去見工，結果「他」在巴士上睡著了，醒來時巴士已經過了他要去的站。眼見剛巧到了動物園，他決定進去走走…

Ele é um preguiçoso desempregado, pois chega sempre atrasado às entrevistas. Naquele dia tinha outra entrevista de emprego mas, como sempre, levou imenso tempo a sair da cama. Depois de tomar o pequeno almoço preparado pela mãe, aperaltou-se para a entrevista. Mas, no caminho, acabou por adormecer no autocarro e só acordou à porta do jardim zoológico, onde decide entrar...

He is a slacker without a job because he is always late at job interviews. On that day, he was going to have another interview but, as always, he took a long time to get out of bed. After having the breakfast made by his mother, he prepared himself for the interview. Eventually, he fell asleep in the bus while on his way to the interview, and when he woke up later, he found himself at the zoo. He then decided to go inside…

《奏鳴曲》是一個講述人生的音樂錄像。通過三組角色的故事，反映澳門社會三類典型的群眾，相信是今天大多數澳門人的生活反映。歌手鏡頭穿插三個故事之中，包括遊蕩街頭的學生、沉醉卡拉OK的女生以及沉迷賭博的賭徒。這三群人一開始非常享受自己的空間，相信自己屬於那樣的生活；然而到最後，正因那種生活環境，為他們帶來悲傷、忿怒和失望。

Sonata é um vídeo musical sobre a vida. Através das estórias de três grupos de personagens que apresentam três classes típicas da nossa sociedade, “Sonata” constitui uma reflexão muito franca sobre o tipo de vida que certas pessoas levam em Macau. As cenas de estúdio do cantor entrecruzam as três histórias: a que nos fala de estudantes rufiões que vadiam pelas ruas, a das mulheres que passam a vida no bar de karaoke e a de um jogador viciado. No início, todos são felizes mas acabam por perceber que, no fim, tais vidas conduzem sempre à tristeza, ao rancor e à desilusão.

Sonata is a music video about life. Through the stories of three groups of characters that represent three typical groups in our society, “Sonata” is as a true reflection on many of the lives lived in today’s Macao. The scene of the singer is interweaved in the three stories. One is about bad students who wander in the street, the other shows ladies enjoying themselves in a karaoke bar, and the third tells the story of a gambler who indulges his vice. All of them find happiness in the beginning, but then realize that what they do only leaves them sad, angered and disappointed in the end.

她住在巴士總站，每個星期都會坐上特定的巴士，上車後她總會看窗外，有時她會拿出拍紙簿，沒有目的地的她總會不知不覺到公園去，然後在簿上作個記號，再看著孩子在公園奔跑，直到沒有陽光才離開。她這份堅持成了習慣，而這習慣來自已離世的祖母—當她還是個小孩子的時候，她已習慣坐巴士到公園去找祖母，那個時刻，那個地方，那種陽光，那種味道，她，忘不了。

Ela vive perto da paragem de autocarros. Todas as semanas apanha o mesmo autocarro e olha sempre pela janela. Por vezes, tira um bloco de notas do seu saco. Vai para o parque, sem nenhuma razão para o fazer. Lá, anota algo no seu bloco de notas. Fica a observar as crianças a correrem no jardim até ao sol se pôr. Ela persiste em fazer isto, que se transformou num hábito. É a sua rotina diária, que é a mesma da sua avó, que já morreu. Quando era pequena, costumava apanhar o autocarro para o parque, encontrando lá a sua avó. Aquele momento, aquele lugar, aquela luz do sol, aquele cheiro, ela não consegue esquecer.

She lives near the bus station. Every week, she takes the same bus. After she gets on the bus she always looks outside the window, and sometimes she takes out a notebook from her bag. She goes to the park without a particular reason for it. There, she marks a sign on her notebook. She watches the children running in the park until the sun sets. She persists on doing this, and it becomes a habit. This habit comes from her grandmother, who passed away. When she was small, she used to take the bus to the park, finding her grandmother there. That moment, that place, that sunshine, that smell, she can’t forget.
