in Water Stan Lais work is returning to CCM this Fall with Writing in Water, a much- acclaimed piece premiered in Hong Kong, and later toured around numerous cities. What follows is a brief personal account by the award-winning director and playwright, of what ins Writing in Water was seven years in the making. In early 2009, I was invited by the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to share my special method of creating theatre works with them, working with a group of young, talented actors.
