Enrollment

• Purchase two tickets of any CCM events at one time.
• Submit the application form in person at any Macao Ticketing Network outlet (10:00–19:00). Applications shall be made upon purchase.
• Patrons who purchase tickets online may apply upon collecting tickets at the box office.
• Membership is valid till the end of that respective year (31 December).
• If membership card is lost or broken, the re-issuing of a new card will take 10 working days. Collection may take place at any chosen outlet.
• Redundant applications will not be accepted

Renewal

• Membership will be automatically renewed to the end of the following year if a ticket is purchased between the 1st of January through the 31st December. (Including CCM performances, films and workshops).
• If no ticket purchases are made within the year, membership will be terminated.
• Upon expiration or cancellation, all membership privileges and accumulated fun points shall cease. Membership shall not be entitled to any compensation.

Exclusive Ticket Discounts

• Early Bird: 20% off for performances within the first 14 days of sales (not applicable to additional performances)
• Regular: 10% off for performances and workshops; 20% off for film screenings.
• Applicable only at programmes and events organized by CCM.
• Applicable at purchase of maximum 10 tickets per performance.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

Fun Points Redemption

• CCM Friends will earn 1 fun point for every pataca spent upon ticket purchase of any CCM programmes. An accumulated 1,000 fun points may redeem a MOP100 voucher. Deductions can be made at any Macao Ticketing Network outlet upon the next purchase.
• fun points can only be earned through the purchase of programmes presented by CCM (the use of the voucher will not be rewarded with any fun points).
• Each member may enjoy up to MOP1,000 voucher redemptions through fun points per purchase. fun points are non-transferrable.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, products or services.
• The total value of a voucher will be deducted in full when used. Redemption must be made at Macao Ticketing Network outlets upon receipt signature.
• Accumulated fun points will remain valid upon membership renewal.
• Unused fun points will be forfeited upon expiration of membership.

Terms and Conditions

1. All membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
2. Membership is not transferable. The Macao Cultural Centre reserves the right to verify the identity of members by requesting presentation of an identification document.
3. Members may click on Member Service at the Macao Ticketing website (www.macauticket.com) to update contacts, change password, review purchase history and accumulated fun points.
4. The Macao Cultural Centre reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Centre’s decision shall be final.
