Strolling through narrow garden paths, between the Art Plaza and the Handover Gifts Museum, our visitors will find themselves in the middle of a fantastic battle sculpted by João Cutileiro, one of Portugal’s most prolific contemporary artists. Depicting horsemen shooting water against an imponent ship, the scene links two distinctive cultural facilities through a leisure intersection, providing a pleasant setting for kids and families to rest and play, and a spot for outdoor cultural events.
