Inspired by Knitting Peace, this workshop attempts to build physical and symbolic links between people. Using their own bodies to knit through various group exercises, participants will explore, building trust and experiencing a deep connection amongst themselves.

1. Participants are required to wear clothing suitable for exercise and to be wearing socks.
2. Participants are recommended to bring their own drinking water.
